Services

Your Formulation. Our Manufacturing Expertise.

Four integrated services, one accountable team. Choose a single service or combine all four — most customers begin with a trial batch and expand into full-scale manufacturing, packaging and export coordination.

01

Toll manufacturing

Your formula, our plant.

Contract manufacturing of industrial and specialty chemicals using customer-approved formulations, process parameters and quality specifications.

  • NDA signed before the first technical call
  • Trial batch before any commercial order
  • Formulation and process data kept confidential

A good fit if

  • IF · 01

You own a formulation but not the capacity to run it

  • IF · 02

You need a second production source for security of supply

  • IF · 03

Your own plant is full in peak season

02

Custom synthesis & campaigns

From pilot-scale development to commercial production.

From pilot batches to commercial production, supported by process evaluation, quality checks and customer approval.

  • Pilot and trial batches
  • Campaigns planned around your sales calendar
  • Scale-up subject to customer approval

A good fit if

  • IF · 01

You need an intermediate made to your route and impurity profile

  • IF · 02

Demand is seasonal and you want stock timed to it

  • IF · 03

You're scaling a product from pilot to commercial volume

03

Private label

Made by us, sold as yours.

Products manufactured and packaged to your brand requirements, with accurate batch-specific quality and shipment documentation.

  • Filled into drums, carboys, bags or IBCs
  • Labelled to your artwork and language

How a project runs

From formula to freight.

Five steps, one team. The people who agree your specification are the people who release the batch and book the vessel.

  1. 01
    Step 01 / 05

    NDA & brief

We sign the non-disclosure agreement first, then talk chemistry: your specification, target volume, packing and destination.

  2. 02
    Step 02 / 05

    Trial batch

A trial or pilot batch is made and tested against your specification. Nothing moves to production until you approve the sample.

  3. 03
    Step 03 / 05

    Production campaign

The approved process is run at scale in a scheduled campaign, with in-process checks at every stage that matters.

  4. 04
    Step 04 / 05

    Release & documents

Each batch is released against its own Certificate of Analysis. Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Certificate of Origin and inspection reports are arranged as required.

  5. 05
    Step 05 / 05

    Container to port

Packed, sealed and photographed, the container is trucked to the gateway port against the vessel cut-off. Sailing details are shared as soon as they are confirmed.

Questions

Working with us, explained.

Toll manufacturing is contract production in which the customer owns the formulation and the manufacturer runs it. At Cosmo Chemistry, the customer supplies the specification — and, if they prefer, key raw materials — while Cosmo Chemistry provides the plant, operators, quality control, packing and export coordination. The process remains the customer's property throughout.

Every Cosmo Chemistry project begins with a signed non-disclosure agreement, followed by a technical brief covering specification, volume, packing and destination. A trial or pilot batch is produced and tested against the specification, and commercial production starts only after the customer approves that sample.

Yes. Cosmo Chemistry offers private label production: products are manufactured, filled and labelled to the customer's artwork in drums, carboys, bags, IBCs or flexitanks, with accurate batch-specific quality and shipment documentation, so goods arrive ready to sell under their own brand.

Yes. Cosmo Chemistry signs a non-disclosure agreement before any technical discussion or trial batch. Customer formulations, process parameters and specifications remain the customer's property and are never used for Cosmo Chemistry's own products or shared with other customers.
