Overview
Ethyl acetate dissolves nitrocellulose, polyurethane and many resins and evaporates quickly, which suits gravure and flexo inks, lamination adhesives and nail polish. Its mild odour and low toxicity make it a common choice in packaging and pharmaceutical processing.
It is supplied at 99.5% or higher purity, with water and acidity controlled.
